Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging included. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for approval.

Refund process

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected by our team. You will be notified when your returned item has been checked and whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout and are typically processed within 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping

After your return request has been approved, the return method will depend on the size of the item. For smaller packages, we may provide a return label. For larger or heavier items, a collection can be arranged where appropriate.

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Storvo Home will cover all return shipping costs. For returns requested due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the item has been returned, received, and inspected, the refund will be processed in line with the timeframe outlined above.
