Ordering and payment

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact us at info@storvohome.com and we will assist you.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While changes cannot always be guaranteed, we will do our best to help.

Why was my payment unsuccessful?

Payment issues may occur due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or security restrictions set by your bank or payment provider. We recommend trying an alternative payment method or contacting your bank for further support.


Shipping information

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 0 to 1 business day. Delivery then takes approximately 2 to 4 business days, meaning most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days in total.

Is shipping free?

Yes. All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are delivered free of charge.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

What if my order has not arrived?

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return period. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in line with our returns policy.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@storvohome.com with details and photos of the issue. Our team will work quickly to resolve the matter.

When will my refund be processed?

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Returns shipping cost

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Storvo Home will cover all return shipping costs. For returns requested due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
